With 18 group homes, 3 adult day programs, an ABA Therapy Clinic for children on the spectrum, and supported living apartment complex; The Arc Tampa Bay's capacity to care for those that need us most knows no bounds. Additionally, we have a tax sheltered 403b retirement option with a 2/3 match after 1 year with the company. Wide Variety of Shifts All opportunities are full-time. We have Monday to Friday day or evening schedules. There are Monday to Thursday Split shifts, weekday overnight awakes, weekend overnight awakes, Friday to Sundays. Screenings & Trainings Paid At The Arc Tampa Bay we do DMV screens, drug screens, and background checks. Required training is also paid. “I have worked for The Arc Tampa Bay for almost 11 years.
